Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-4 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #3846: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 & NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Montrose <br /> described as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of East Cates <br /> Road which is approximately 860 feet due East of the Northwest corner of the <br /> NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 21, thence South 1,100 feet, thence East 900 feet; <br /> thence North 1,100 feet; thence West 900 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
