The soils on this parcel are rated <br /> very severe and not suitable for private sewage systems. <br /> CO HWY. <br /> RP C. <br /> ►3851 This Is in the agricultural preservation district of the Town of <br /> Perry Land Use Plan. While this may be a desirable homesite, it is <br /> difficult to rationalize with the town plan policy which states: <br /> "The non-farm development site should be (g) a parcel shape which <br /> promotes maintenance of adjacent agricultural parcels and which <br /> minimizes the length of access from a public road to the structure." <br /> The compatibility question is answered presently by the same owner <br /> of the land surrounding the site.
