" <br /> This proposal is for the 32 acre parcel to be divided into 4 lots, <br /> over four times the density allowed by plan policy. While the land <br /> is not highly productive for agriculture, it has very severe <br /> limitations for septic tank Installation and very steep slopes, very <br /> questionable for residential development . <br /> T.
