PETITION NO. c.3ek <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petition$ the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 35 , Town of Primrose , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> • <br /> RH-4 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #3854: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 35; thence N 89° 35' <br /> 06" East along the North line of Section 35, 483.09 feet; thence S 26° 53' 47" <br /> East, 666.82 feet to the point of beginning of the lands being described; <br /> thence S 26° 53' 47" East, 922.82 feet; thence N 89° 35' 06" East, 900.25 feet <br /> to the centerline of Peerless Road; thence Northeasterly along said centerline <br /> and the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 1097.00 feet and whose <br /> chord bears N 35° 04' 05" East, 300. 61 feet; thence N 42° 56' 35" East along <br /> said centerline, 259.48 feet; thence Northeasterly along said centerline and <br /> the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 330.00 feet and whose chord <br /> bears N 27° 07' 46" East, 179.86 feet; thence N 11° 18' 57" East along said <br /> centerline, 162.94 feet; thence N 17° 05' 59" East along said centerline, <br /> 101.34 feet; thence S 88° 51' 17" West, 1811.33 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
