Agricultural Land Environment
and Records Committee
January 26, 1987
Page 2
In my opinion, this is a sad situation. I have been a real estate developer
for over 20 years and did not feel in any way that I was asking for any
more information from the developer than I would expect to provide if I
were developing this property myself. It seems to me that this rezoning
request dictates that a specific plan of what will be developed, when it
will be developed and how traffic will be handled are all reasonable
questions to expect answers to.
Therefore, I would ask that your committee look at this request for
rezoning very carefully and, at the present time, postpone any further
action until an appropriate plan from the developer has been submitted
which would include, at the very minimum, a site plan, a landscape plan,
elevations of the proposed buildings and a solution to traffic access and
control.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to be able to attend
your meeting on Tuesday evening, January 27, 1987 to answer any questions
that you may have.
Very tru1 yo ,
i
Richard V.
