Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #3859: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Perry described as follows: <br /> Beginning 642 feet, more or less, North of the East quarter corner of the said <br /> Section 12, thence North 300 feet, more or less, thence West along previous <br /> survey line 723.82 feet; thence Southwesterly along CTH JG 350 feet, more or <br /> less, thence East 880 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
