P: <br /> ( a� Speed limit dropped and posted at the 35 mph on Box <br /> ��// Elder Road from Highway 19 South through at least all <br /> of section 24 . <br /> b. Town must commit in writing to post signs within 30 <br /> days of C . U . P . issuance warning of truck entrance and <br /> slow for children in both directions from entry drive . <br /> c . Site plan must be submitted to County Zoning <br /> Administrator showing angle of entry drive so the <br /> trucks can turn North on to Box Elder Road staying in <br /> Northbound lane . <br /> d. Permit owners must post a $25 , 000 bond guaranteeing the <br /> � <br /> closing of the sand removal area ( s ) when completed and <br /> the proper ground cover shall be installed to promote <br /> vegetation .0 The remainder of the property being purchased by Peck <br /> shall be deed restricted to A- 1 uses until completion <br /> and restoration and zoning of sand removal area ( s ) <br /> shall revert to A- 1 zoning upon completion . <br /> 2 . Drive shall be sealcoated and maintained properly to prevent <br /> a dust problem from the junction with Box Elder Road to the <br /> West edge of the woods . The remainder of the private drive <br /> (within the woods and East of the woods ) to be constructed <br /> of crushed limestone and watered as necessary to prevent <br /> dust problems ( woods will provide some protection from <br /> dust) . <br /> 3 . Entrance shall be gated and posted with No Trespassing <br /> signs. <br />
