CHRISTOPHER LAW OFFICES, S.C.
222 South Hamilton St.,Suite 21 • P.O. Box 2207 • Madison,Wisconsin 53701 • (608) 251-0505
March 5, 1987
Supervisor Lyman F. Anderson
Dane County Board yp n
Agriculture, Environment & MAR 0 9 1987
Land Records Committee
City-County Building
Madison, WI 53709
RE: 4175 East Buckeye Road
Blooming Grove, WI
Petition #: 3889
Dear Mr. Anderson:
I represent ITT Financial Services. One of its subsidiaries, Aetna Finance
Company, is the owner of the above property. We have submitted an
application to Dane County to rezone this property to C-2. Rodney Kreunen,
the listing realtor, and I will be at your March 10, 1987 public hearing.
However, I thought it might be helpful to you if I briefly introduced the
situation in this letter.
The zoning map indicates that this property is divided into two parcels. The
parcel which fronts on AB is zoned A-1; the other parcel is zoned C-1. This
request for rezoning both parcels to C-2 is made in order to conform with
the other zoning within the Town of Blooming Grove Industrial Park. We feel
that a rezoning to C-2 would not only conform to current land use patterns
in the immediate area but also maximize its marketability. I am enclosing a
copy of the Certified Survey Map for your information which was completed on
January 26, 1987.
We appeared before the Town of Blooming Grove Board on March 3, 1987.
Before approving the rezoning, the Board wanted to review a prospective
buyer's definite proposal. To that end, we are in the process of obtaining
that offer and will request that the Town Board reconsider the proposed
rezoning when that proposal is before them.
Therefore, I would appreciate if you would please refer this item once the
Town Board has an opportunity to review a definite proposal.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
CHRISTOPHER LAW OFFICES, S.C.
Michael R.
