PETITION NO. ` 292 7 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 17 , Town of Dunkirk , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential & RH-2 Rural District. <br /> Homes <br /> PET. #3907: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Dunkirk described as <br /> follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 17; <br /> thence West along the East-West quarter line of said Section, 1364 feet to the <br /> centerline of Taylor Lane; thence Southeasterly along said centerline, 650 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence East 200 feet more or <br /> less; thence Southeasterly parallel with said highway, 150 feet more or less; <br /> thence West, 200 feet more or less to aforesaid centerline; thence <br /> Northwesterly along said centerline, 100 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> ALSO, RH-2: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 17; thence <br /> West along the East-West quarter line of said section, 1364 feet to the <br /> centerline of Taylor Lane; thence Southeasterly along said centerline, 200 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence continue Southeasterly along said <br /> centerline, 450 feet more or less; thence East 200 feet more or less; thence <br /> Southeasterly parallel witn said highway, 250 feet more or less; thence East <br /> 250 feet more or less; thence North 700 feet more or less; thence West 500 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
