ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3908 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the R-3A Residential & RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> PET. #3908: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: TO R-3A: Commencing at the center of said Section 34; thence East <br /> alongthe East-West quarter line, 707 feet; thence N 02° West along the <br /> centerline of a town road, 400 feet to the point of beginning; thence East, <br /> 100 feet; thence North, 400 feet; thence West,300 feet; thence South, 400 <br /> feet; thence East, 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ALSO, TO RH-4: Commencing at the center of said Section 17; thence East along <br /> the East-West quarter line, 365 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue East, 342 feet; thence N 02° West, 450 feet; thence West, 150 feet; <br /> thence North, 350 feet; thence East, 250 feet; thence South, 350 feet; thence <br /> West, 100 feet; thence S 02° East, 450 feet; thence East, 180 feet; thence N <br /> 13° East, 484 feet; thence North, 509 feet; thence N 80° East, 182 feet; <br /> thence N 45° East, 217 feet to the East line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence <br /> North along the East line of said quarter quarter, 200 feet more or less to <br /> the Northeast corner thereof, thence West along the North line of said quarter <br /> quarter, 1150 feet; thence South, 545 feet; thence East, 195 feet; thence <br /> South, 775 feetto the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
