K °2
March 3, 1987
7619 Hwy N. North
Sun Prairie, Wiscoonsin
53 590
Information Required for Filing of Petition to Rezone
1.. Legal description and map attached. (As phone conversation
a copy of description on our property taxes would be allowed)
2. Tax parcel number of parcel to be re-zoned: 06-08-173
3. Check number 832 enclosed to Dane Co. Zoning Department
4. a Keeping of livestock. To comply with Section 10.12
b
c North: Vacant condemed house and farm land: Residential
South: Farm Land
East: Residential
West: Farm Land
Refer to Map
d) Acreage proposed for re-zoning: Five Adres
We have 5 1/2 acres of land with 330 foot width. At
The time, nine years ago when we contacted Dane Co. Zoning,
by phone and in person, with a description and zoing of this
property, we were told that the property complied with the
ordinance. At the time we told them we wanted to raise rabbits,
chickens, sheep and goats for our own use. We raise rabbits
and chickens periodically for meat. We use the goats milk
and meat. Dorothy and our son John have asthma and are
allergic to cows milk. Dorothy is confined to a wheel chair
due to polio. She is allergic to the penicillin which is in
meat and also other additives that are put into the meat. We
raise our own meat for this reason. In no way were we trying
to get by with anything as was stated to us by phone. We did
all we knew to do and was aware of nine years ago when we
contacted this department. We were well aware of our situation
and wanted to make sure that we complied.
Respectively Submitted,
G
George eo rge Murphy
Dorothy D. Murphy
