ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3911 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> PET. #3911: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 16; thence West, 1057 <br /> feet more or less along the East-West quarter line of said Section 16 to the <br /> point of beginning of this description; thence South, 421 feet more or less; <br /> thence S 62° West, 375 feet more or less; thence N 28° West, 280 feet more or <br /> less; thence North, 350 feet more or less to the East-West quarter line of <br /> said Section 16; thence East, 463 feet more or less along said East-West <br /> quarter line to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE/ \ 1 <br />
