Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> PET. #3911: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 16; thence West, 1057 <br /> feet more or less along the East-West quarter line of said Section 16 to the <br /> point of beginning of this description; thence South, 421 feet more or less; <br /> thence S 62° West, 375 feet more or less; thence N 28° West, 280 feet more or <br /> less; thence North, 350 feet more or less to the East-West quarter line of <br /> said Section 16; thence East, 463 feet more or less along said East-West <br /> quarter line to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
