Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 & RH-4 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #3891: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 10; thence South <br /> along the East line of said NE 1/4, 879.74 feet to the point Of beginning; <br /> thence continuing South, along said East line, 441.05 feet to the Southeast <br /> corner of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence N 89° 36' 10" West, along the South line <br /> of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4, 816.98 feet; thence North, 442.86 feet; thence S 89° <br /> 28' 34" East, 817.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
