PETITION NO. l PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF DUNKIRK TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section lo, Town of Dunkirk , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-2 & RH-4 Rural Homes District. Pet. #3891: Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 10; thence South along the East line of said NE 1/4, 879.74 feet to the point Of beginning; thence continuing South, along said East line, 441.05 feet to the Southeast corner of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence N 89° 36' 10" West, along the South line of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4, 816.98 feet; thence North, 442.86 feet; thence S 89° 28' 34" East, 817.00 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. TO RH-4: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 10; thence S 89° 28' 34" East, 509.20 feet along the North line of said Section 10 to the point of begining; thence continue S 89° 28' 34" East, 516.04 feet to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map No. #4470, thence S 00° 00' 00" Est, 638.91 feet to the Southwest corner of said Certified Survey; thence S 89° 28' 34" Est, 750.00 feet to The Southeast corner of said Certified Survey, said corner being on the West line of Certified Survey Map No. #3125, thence S 00° 00' 00" East, 683.69 feet along the West line of said Certified Survey Map No. #3125 and the Southerly extension thereof to the South of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 of said Section 10; thence N 89° 36' 10" West, 1277.56 feet along said South line; thence N 00° 29' 56" East, 1325.37 feet parallel to the North-South quarter line of said Section 10 to the point of beginning of this description.
