Bailey and Karen Jo Bailey are the equitable <br /> owners of the following described land in the Town of Vercna, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Flap #2605 as recorded on <br /> pages 208 and 209 in volume 10 of Certified Survey Maps in <br /> the Dane County Register of Deeds Office and is located in <br /> part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Verona, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot #1 ; thence <br /> N 02° 55' 42" E, 200.0 feet; thence S 88° 30' 48" E, 317.83 <br /> feet; thence S 02° 55' 42" W, 200.0 feet to the North line of <br /> Pollow Road; thence along said North line N 88° 30' 48" W, <br /> 317.83 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owners desire to place certain restrictions <br /> thereon, to bind the owners and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3.
