A copy of this letter is attached for easy reference. <br /> Mr. Post is acting as an agent of Middleton-Cross Plains Area Schools performing <br /> architectural services attendant to adding some relocateable classrooms to our <br /> Springfield Elementary School in the Town of Springfield. <br /> Regarding the necessary information we must file preparatory to a meeting to <br /> obtain a conditional use permit per zoning regulations of the Town, we enclose <br /> the following: <br /> Exhibit "A" - a legal description of the Springfield Elementary School site <br /> Exhibit "B" - a site plan of the property <br /> Our check in the amount of $60.00 made payable to Dane County Zoning <br /> Department for filing fee purposes <br /> We have no tax parcel number to submit since the territory discussed belongs <br /> to a public school district in the State of Wisconsin. <br /> Following is our response to Item #4 on the form you sent us entitled: <br /> Information Needed For the Filing Of An Application For A Conditional Use <br /> Permit in Dane County. <br /> (a) Proposed use of the property - To operate a public elementary <br /> school grades kindergarten through six. The current school has <br /> been on the current property since 1965. The site and a smaller <br /> school existed long before that time. <br /> (b) Time schedule for development - As indicated, schools have existed <br /> on this site for many years. Elementary school uses are the only <br /> operations on this site. <br />
