To the East ( across Lake Road ) is <br /> the Chase Lumber yard . To the North and Northwest are Vectors ( a <br /> manufacturing firm ) and Wisconsin Kenworth ( a truck dealership ) . To <br /> the South and Southwest are a Mobil service station , the Mouse House <br /> cheese house , and Topp ' s Inn . <br /> The applications for water and sewer services have already been <br /> approved by the Windsor Sanitary District No . 1 . <br /> The car wash has already been approved by the Town of Windsor Plan <br /> Commission . <br />
