The existing <br /> building shall remain as is except to allow for a 24' x 72' (1728 sq. ft.) addition to provide <br /> additional workspace for the Limited Family Business. Town approval is required for any <br /> additional building(s). <br /> 2. The Conditional Use Permit for a Limited Family Business in the A-2(8) district shall be limited <br /> solely to the pavement consulting and limited manufacturing business. <br /> 3. Only 2100 sq. ft. of the existing residential accessory building may be dedicated to the Limited <br /> Family Business. <br /> 4. No more than 3828 sq. ft. total, (2100 sq. ft. within the existing building plus 1728 sq. ft. within an <br /> addition) of the existing building and a future addition may be dedicated to the Limited Family <br /> Business. The new addition to the existing building will be limited to 24' x 72' (1728 sq. ft.). <br /> Should the residence currently located within the existing building cease to be used as a <br /> residence, that space shall not be dedicated to Limited Family Business use. <br /> 5. Continued compliance with the provisions of Chapter 10.192 of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. <br /> 6. Truck deliveries must be made in compliance with seasonal posted weight limits on town roads. It <br /> is understood that the deliveries may vary seasonally over the course of the year. <br /> 7. Business hours shall be limited from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> 8. Exterior lighting will be comparable to neighborhood farm residences and must not pose a <br /> nuisance to area residents. <br /> 9. Noise will be comparable to neighborhood noise levels and must not pose a nuisance to area <br /> residents. <br /> 10. Business activity, including but not limited to, storage of parts, supplies, equipment, machines and <br /> product, will be confined within the current and any future addition to the accessory building <br /> except for normal trash bins for waste. <br /> 11. The sign at the mailbox will be no larger than 4 sq. ft. (2' x 2'). <br /> 12. Approval and citing of a future home (only to replace the existing residence currently located <br /> within the accessory building) shall comply with the Dunkirk Land Use Plan and requires approval <br /> by the Dunkirk Town Board. <br /> 13. The holders of Conditional Use Permit#2025 shall comply with all applicable Town of Dunkirk and <br /> Dane County Ordinances, including sign ordinance requirements. <br /> 14.
