All future changes are <br /> reflected in pink. <br /> This is a long term plan and very little will be added in the near future. The 5 parking stalls for the nursery area and the <br /> planting of trees for <br /> screening will occur right away. Our infrastructure meets our needs for the time being. Our main goal is to be in <br /> compliance as the <br /> landscaping division grows steadily and to be able to sell retail out of our existing nursery. We do not plan to grow the <br /> nursery into a large operation, <br /> it is merely to fortify income from occasional drive by and existing customer sales. As sales grow, and out of new <br /> nursery profit,we will finance the construction of a small checkout area in the nursery. I am not sure when that will <br /> happen. Our research shows that other similar type nurseries such as Moyers, Winterland Nursery, Landscape Designs <br /> and West Star Farm, rarely have more than 5 cars in their lots at one time.Their nurseries are not their core <br /> businesses. Our core business is landscaping and maintenance.
