•
,r.
Klinkner, Patrick
From: Town of Springdale [townofspringdale @mhtc.net]
Sent: Tuesday, May 06, 2008 6:52 PM
To: Klinkner, Patrick
Subject: Mike Daniels
Hi Pat,
Since you do such a good job, I end up giving you more work.
Happy to learn that Mike Daniels has been in contact with you. In 2006 Kris Schutte spent time helping sort out
his option for his land. Now, it appears, he is taking another approach.
1. Mike Daniels, Klevenville-Riley Rd.: Mike said he has spoken to you about his goal of erecting a larger garage
on the site of his current garage. The overall project will be discussed at the 5/19/08 Town Board meeting. We
hope that we will know by then all of the steps that would be required to make this happen.
a. Can he erect the garage without rezoning his various smaller parcels into one parcel or obtaining consistent
zoning for all of the parcels?
b. By relocating the platted roadway onto his Block 2, Lot 15 and Lot 16, does this allow more room for his garage
without it encroaching on the public right of way?
c. Would Block 2, Lot 15 and Lot 16 be buildable?
d. Can you think of an easier way for Mike to do what he wants...enlarge his garage while maintaining the 66'
frontage on an existing public way for the McGhee/Esser propertyfor to do without the road relocation process?
e.Would a CSM required by the County for relocating the road?
I will be out of the office until 5/12. Talk to you later.
Vicki
t
I 1
i 1 1
5/7/2008
