Aariculture District to the <br /> A-2 Agriculture & RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> PET. #3914: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: TO A-2: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 31; <br /> thence S 01° 34' West, 1656.03 feet along the North-South quarter line of said <br /> section 31; to the point of beginning of this description. Thence N 01° 34' <br /> East, 296.99 feet; thence N 89° 56' 15" East, 61 feet more or less; thence <br /> along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 60 feet and a chord <br /> bearing Southeasterly 109 feet more or less; thence S 66° 59' East, 123 feet <br /> more or less; thence S 01° 34' West, 213 feet more or less; thence S 89° 56' <br /> 15" West, 279 feet more or less to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> ALSO, TO RH-1: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 31; <br /> thence S 01° 34' West, 1656.03 feet along the North-South quarter line of said <br /> Section 31; thence N 89° 56' 15" East, 279 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning of this description.
