ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3915 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3915: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 & N 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Albion <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 34; thence S 88° 56' West, 1279 feet to centerline of Edgerton Road; thence N <br /> 07° 22' West along said centerline, 1980.5 feet; thence N 06° 04' West along <br /> said centerline, 165 feet to the Southwest corner of CSM No. 1227; thence <br /> Northwesterly to Northeasterly along said centerline, 390. 51 feet to the <br /> Northwest corner of CSM No. 1227 and being the point of beginning; thence <br /> Northeasterly along said centerline of Edgerton Road, 314 feet to the <br /> Southwest corner of CSM No. 3362; thence S 66° 07' East along South line of <br /> CSM No. 3362, 172.09 feet; thence N 34° 21' East along East line of said CSM, <br /> 74.20 feet; thence N 05° 31' East along East line of said CSM, 51.99 feet; <br /> thence N 66° 07' West along North side of said CSM, 168.13 feet to centerline <br /> of Edgerton Road; thence n 25° 52' East along said centerline, 190 feet more <br /> or less to intersection of centerline of old road from the east; thence N 70° <br /> 06' East along said centerline of old road, 395 feet more or less to a point <br /> of curve; thence Northeasterly, 140 feet along said centerline along a 166 <br /> feet radius curve to the left, chord bearing N 45° 55' East, 136 feet; thence <br /> leaving said centerline, S 68° 16' East, 41. 7 feet; thence S 05° 41' East, 510 <br /> feet; thence S 05° 40' West, 360 feet more or less to the normal high water <br /> line of Mud Lake; thence Northwesterly, Westerly and Southwesterly along the <br /> north shoreline of said Mud Lake, 396 feet more or less to a point on an <br /> extension of the north line of CSM No. 1227; thence S 88° 10' West along said <br /> extension and along the north line of said CSM No. 1227, 348 feet more or less <br /> to the Northwest corner of said CSM No. 1227 and the point of beginning of <br /> this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
