After our concersation I polled the Town Board and the <br /> Town Plan Committee and received their approval to modify the Town' s <br /> position. The Town now asks that no top soil be removed from that property <br /> and that all top soil be replaced on reclaimation- with the minimum <br /> to be no less than six inches (the maximum would enclud all present top <br /> soil) .
