S �7 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 24 , Town of Sun Prairie , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 & RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #3917: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: TO RH-1: That portion of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map No. 2343 <br /> beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot #1; thence 5 00° 45' 00" <br /> West, 450.00 feet; thence S 49° 00' 00" East, 120.00 feet; thence S 74° 21' <br /> 01" East, 176.67 feet to a point in the centerline of CTH TT; thence with said <br /> centerline along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius <br /> of 2864.92 feet, a central angle of 04° 33' 53", and a chord which bears S 42° <br /> 29' 34" West, 228.18 feet to the Southern most corner of the aforesaid Lot #1; <br /> thence leaving said centerline and running with the Westerly boundary of said <br /> lot the following three courses and distances: N 45° 15' 19" West, 265.49 <br /> feet; thence N 10° 02' 11" West, 341.28 feet; htence N 33° 37' 18" East, <br /> 266.18 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: That portion of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map No. 2343 - beginning <br /> at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot #1; thence S 00° 45' 00" West, 450.00 <br /> feet; thence N 41° 00' 00" East, 180.00 feet; thence S 49° 00' 00" East, <br /> 120.00 feet; thence S 41° 00' 00" West, 180.00 feet; thence S 74° 21' 01" <br /> East, 176.67 feet to a point in the centerline of CTH TT; thence with said <br /> centerline along the arc of a curve deflecting to the left, said curve having <br /> a radius of 2864.92 feet, a central angle of 01° 52' 02", and a chord which <br /> bears N 39° 16' 36" East, 93.36 feet to the point of tangency of said curve; <br /> thence continuing along said centerline N 38° 20' 35" East, 653.42 feet to the <br /> Eastern most corner of the aforesaid Lot #1; thence leaving said centerline <br /> and running with the North line thereof, S 89° 19' 47" West, 719.31 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
