The Wisconsin Wetland Inventory(WWI)map does not
identify wetlands within the Property(Figure 4)and the WDNR Surface Water Data Viewer does not
identify wetland indicators within the Property(Figure 3). An unnamed perennial stream is identified on
the USGS topographic mapping(Figure i)and WDNR 24k Hydrography mapping layer(Figure 4)through
the northern portion of the Property. However,based on the field review the unnamed waterway was not
observed. In fact there is no drainage pattern present within the location of the mapped waterway. There is
a subtly defined drainage swale present near the embankment of Mayflower Road however there is not
defined bed or bank and the swale is not contiguous.
The Property was evaluated for the presence of wetlands in the field on May 29, 2015. Based on the field
evaluation no potential wetlands were visually observed within the Property. Wetland determination
sample points were completed within the lowest lying portions of the Property including within the
drainage swale(Wetland Determination Data Sheet Attached). Based on the sample points,the area did
not contain hydric soils,was not dominated by hydrophytic vegetation,and did not contain any indicators
of wetland hydrology. Therefore,the final conclusion was that no wetlands were present within the
Property.
ar= r€h t;,-7 a n :::
