March 9, 1987 <br /> County of Dane <br /> Zoning Department <br /> Madison, Wisconsin 53709 <br /> We, Larry L. & Linda Stites Bennett, are requesting a zoning <br /> change on approximately three acres of land located in Section 30 <br /> of the Town of Berry. The three acres are a part of the farm owned <br /> by Linda's parents, Wilbur and Jeane Stites. <br /> If the zoning change is approved, we would like to build a <br /> home there. We would begin construction this summer, with a pre- <br /> dicted completion date sometime in the fall of this year. As you <br /> may suppose, we are doing this in part to enable us to be closer to <br /> our folks, but we also think this is a beautiful spot for a home- <br /> site. We like the area, and know several of the neighbors there, <br /> and feel that the community is one we would like to belong to. <br /> At this time the land is in rough pasture, and is surrounded <br /> by land which is zoned Ag-2 or less. <br /> Resp tfully/bmitted, <br /> Log.
