PETITION NO. : 726 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> DUNN <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petition$ the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of Oa fol,uwing described <br /> land in Section 19 , Town of Dunn , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #3926: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 & NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Dunn <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the West line <br /> of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section 19 and the centerline of CTH B; thence <br /> Southeasterly along the centerline of CTH B, 299.4 feet; thence South, <br /> parallel to the centerline of Section, 527.2 feet; thence Northwesterly 299.4 <br /> feet to a point on said West line of the NE 1/4 which is 528.0 feet South of <br /> the point of beginning; thence North along centerline of section 528.0 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
