, <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3934 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MONTROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3934: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 & SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Montrose <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said E 1/2 SW 1/4; <br /> thence North 1584 feet; thence East 660 feet; thence Southeat to a point 66 <br /> feet due North of the South property line and 660 feet due West of the <br /> centerline of CTH PB; thence due East 660 feet to the centerline of CTH PB; <br /> thence Southwesterly along the centerline of CTH PB to the South line of <br /> Section 21, thence West along the South section line to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
