MIDLAND BUILDERS -- -
6709 Raymond Road/Madison,Wisconsin 53719/Telephone(608)271-4444
April 27 , 1987
TAP 28 1987
Atty. Susan J . M. Bauman
Bauman & Massing L!:,"!! i E,3,
116 King Street , Suite 2B
Madison , WI 53704
RE: Change Zoning on Musillami Property from A-1 to LC-1
Dear Ms . Bauman:
As far as I can determine this property is in the NE 1/4 of
Section 4 , Town of Middleton . The Musillami land is immediately
across the street and north of our Hickory Woods Subdivision, a
residential area being developed by Midland Builders, Inc .
As far as we are concerned, this area is primarily agricultural
and residential and we do not want to see the character of the
area changed in any way.
The Musillamis have been excellent neighbors and we have no
complaints about the present use of their land. We would not
object to a change to LC-1 provided there were additional covenants
and conditions imposed on the rezoning limiting the use of the
property. The conditions proposed in your letter of April 17 ,
1987 , that is , no more than two pieces of construction equipment
to be permitted outside of the building on the land and no outside
storage of supplies and material to be permitted, are satisfactory
to us . If these covenants are imposed and would go with the land
so that a future sales would not void them, we would not object to
the proposed rezoning. Obviously, we cannot and will not speak
for any of the people who bought lots or homes in our subdivision.
Sincerely,
MIDLAND BUILDERS, INC .
David Wm.
