")C 4 tp <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 13 , Town of Christiana , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1(ex) Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1A Residence District. <br /> Pet. #3946: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Christiana described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 13; thence <br /> Southerly along the East line of Section 13, 1317.9 feet more or less to the <br /> point of beginning. Thence Westerly along the South line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 <br /> 170 feet more or less; thence Northerly parallel with the East section line <br /> 285 feet more or less; thence Easterly, 170 feet more or less parallel with <br /> the South line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence Southerly 285 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
