VW <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> ALBION <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 7 , Town of Albion , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1(ex) Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #3940: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 7; thence West along South <br /> line of Section, 735 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Thence <br /> continue West along said South section line, 580 feet more or less to <br /> Southwest corner of SE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence North along West line of SE 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4, 1320 feet more or less to Northwest corner thereof in Willow Road; thence <br /> East along North line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4, 66 feet to Northwest corner of <br /> • Lot #1 CSM #2032; thence South along West line of said lot 417.5 feet; thence <br /> East along South line of said lot, 417.5 feet; thence North along East line of <br /> said lot, 417.5 feet to the Northeast corner thereof in Willow Road; thence <br /> East along North line of SE 1/4 SE 1/4, 96 feet to the Northwest corner of CSM <br /> #2553; thence South along the West line of said CSM #2553 and said West line <br /> extended, 1315 feet more or less to the South line of said Section 7 and the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> 1 <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
