ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3942 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the R-1A <br /> Residential & RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3942: <br /> TO R-1A: Part of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 & W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Berry <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 32, <br /> thence N 03° 22' 04" West 397.25 feet, thence N 23° 32' East 379.62 feet; <br /> thence N 61° 13' West 450 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue N <br /> 61° 13' West 260 feet; thence Northeasterly 400 feet along the centerline of <br /> Karya Road, thence S 73° 28' 10" East 520 feet; thence S 45° 52' 15" West 510 <br /> feet to the point of beginning.
