Statement concerning legal description: <br /> This application is being made with a approximate description. A <br /> new certified survey will be furnished prior to the County Board <br /> hearing on May 12, 1987. <br /> General infomation concerning proposed division of original parcel: <br /> The Sadie Sandridge property of 48 acres has been sold to two seperate <br /> buyers. Buyer #1 has purchased the house, Wick building and five acres, <br /> more or less surrounding the structures. Buyer #1 offer also includes <br /> the 20 acres, known as camp ground presently zoned recreational. Total <br /> acreage of buyer #1 offer includes 25 acres more or less. Buyer would <br /> like to leave present recreational zonage in place on the campground as <br /> they would like to up date the conditional use permit and possibly reopen. <br /> Camping area is presently equiped to facilitate limited electrical hookup. <br /> Several pit toilets and a 1/4 acre pond exist. The area is a combination <br /> of wooded and open. No tillable acres exist. <br /> The residence and five acres more or less are presently zoned exclusive <br /> ag based on the total acres of the original parcel. This is the portion <br /> of buyer #1 offer that needs to be rezoned to facilitate the residential <br /> use for which it will be used. Certified survey will document access to <br /> this parcell as being a 66 ft. wide indrive located on the southern <br /> boundary of the original parcel. <br />
