PETITION NO. c i7 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 3s , Town of Christiana <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1(ex) Agriculture <br /> District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District. <br /> Pet. #3967: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Christiana described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 35; thence S <br /> 87° 48' West along the South line of said Section 35, 24' more or less to the <br /> centerline of Hillside Road; thence N 01° 00' East along said centerline, <br /> 1573' more or less to the point of beginning; thence S 87° 48' West, 905 feet <br /> more or less; thence S 01° 00' West, 144 feet more or less; thence S 87° 48' <br /> Wst, 290 feet more or less; thence S 01° 00' West, 75 feet more or less to the <br /> North edge of waterway; thence Southeasterly, 340 feet more or less along the <br /> North edge of said waterway on a 600 more or less foot radius curve to the <br /> left along a chord bearing S 72° 22' East, 335.5 feet more or less; thence N <br /> 87° 48' East, 200 feet more or less; thence N 01° 00' East, 267 feet more or <br /> less; thence N 87° 48' E, 673 feet more or less to the centerline of Hillside <br /> Road; thence N 01° 00' East along said centerline, 66 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
