This is also to confirm that June 23, 1987, <br /> is the hearing for the re-referral of the application under consideration. <br /> I am enclosing for your additional information an aerial photo of Sec. 26 <br /> and 35 and have outlined the two parcels for which we are requesting the <br /> zoning change. One includes approximately 7 acres which would be rezoned <br /> from A-1 to RH-2 and the other parcel of 24.91 acres from A-1 to RH-4. The <br /> majority of the land is located in Section 26 with the exception of 2 acres <br /> in Sec. 35 in the Town of Blue Mounds, Dane County, Wisconsin <br /> You will <br /> note the <br /> two parcels are almost totally brush or trees and could not be used <br /> for a commercial farming or agricultural operation. The balance of the lands <br /> which our bank received in a bankruptcy proceedings are agricultural and were <br /> sold as such, and these two remaining parcels are the only parcels remaining <br /> in the Con Olson property. Two other properties existing at our time of <br /> acquisition are served by a service road which is appropriately designated <br /> in the abstracts. The service road begins at the property line of the former <br /> Olson property and is connected by a legal Town road to that property line. <br /> If there are any further questions, I will be happy to answer them by corres- <br /> pondence or in person at the June 23rd meeting.
