• <br /> BM870615 JUN 23 3987 <br /> June 15 , 1987 <br /> LAND ;: <br /> " <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Eugene `'� <br /> Skaar at 8 : 00 P .M. All members were present . The minutes of <br /> the last regular meeting were read and approved. <br /> A letter from Schneider Law office was read regarding the <br /> overassessment of the Link property. A motion was made by <br /> SK/MK to accept the stipulation on the real estate tax <br /> settlement. Motion carried. Mr. Skaar will inform Atty. <br /> Schneider of the Board action. <br /> Zone change application # 3989 was brought before the <br /> Board. They presented the Board with a plan to handle the <br /> water runoff problem. It was proposed that a holding pond be <br /> constructed southeast of the proposed building with a drain <br /> off pipe draining to the west . After some discussion, a <br /> motion was made by ES/SK that a holding pond be constructed• a <br /> minimum of 70 ft . from the right-of-way and a minimum of one- <br /> half acre four feet deep to the overflow pipe which would <br /> drain from the southwest corner , and that there would be no <br /> additional driveway off Coffeetown road. Be it further <br /> resolved that the final approval of the zone change based on <br /> the signing of the water runoff statement. Motion carried. <br /> Warren Myers of Town and Country Engineering Inc . <br /> presented the Board with projected costs involved with the <br /> redesign of the intersection of Ridge Road and West Ridge <br /> Road. A motion was made by TN/MK to proceed to begin the <br /> engineering fro the redesign of the intersection of the roads <br /> with approval of the initial phase of field work measurements <br /> , design and drafting of plans plus clarification of the <br /> right-of-way. Motion carried. <br /> Tom Baker appeared before the Board to discuss the <br /> omission of the improvements on his property , parcel # 21- <br /> 530 . 2 . It was discovered that the improvement assessments <br /> for the buildings were on parcel # 21-530 and that the taxes <br /> had been paid on the assessments . This parcel is owned by <br /> Lehndorf Farms . Taxes on the improvements are owed for the <br /> years 1984 thru 1987 in the amount of $3 , 526 . 03 . Mr . Baker <br /> will pay this amount to the Town Treasurer and this amount <br /> will be paid to Lehndorf Farms . <br /> A motion was made by MK/SS to approve the zoning change <br /> for Farm credit Service from A-1 to RH-1 and conveyed to Kim <br /> Stensaas . Motion carried . <br /> A motion was made by SS/SK to approve the zone change for <br /> Dane County from A-1 to A-2 subject to proper landscaping. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> A motion was made by SK/TN to approve the cul-du-sac for <br /> the Eugene Savage property. Motion carried. <br /> The Treasurers report and due bills were reviewed.
