April 6, 1987 <br /> Dane County Zoning Department <br /> 210 Monona Avenue <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> To Whom It May Concern: <br /> The purpose of this letter is to describe my intent in <br /> requesting a zoning change for property involving 8. 3 acres <br /> located as part of the south half of the S.E. 1/4 of section <br /> 36, T9N, R7E, town of Roxbury, Dane County, bordered by <br /> residential and agricultural land. <br /> This property is presently owned by Duane Ketelboeter. <br /> Because I am a prospective buyer, Mr. Ketelboeter has <br /> requested me to file a petition for changing the zoning of <br /> said property and obtain a deed restriction, thus allowing <br /> the plot to remain as a wood lot.
