Town of Deerfield <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin <br /> June 6, 1987 <br /> Dane County Zoning <br /> Room 116 <br /> City-County Bldg. <br /> Madison, Wisc. 53709 <br /> RE: Zoning Petition Requests <br /> The following action was taken by the Town Board of the Town of <br /> Deerfield at a regular monthly meeting conducted June 2 ,1987 at <br /> 7: 30 p.m. in the Town Hall; <br /> 1. ) Petition #3983 by D. Cheney, agent for W. Olson to change the <br /> zoning from A-1 to RH-1 residential for a single family resi- <br /> dence was approved by the town board. <br /> 2. ) Petition #3941 by D. Cheney, agent for R. Pavlak, to change <br /> the zoning from A-1 to R-la and RH-2 residential for homes <br /> on 47 acres was tabled by the town board. <br /> 3. Petition #3968 by G. Tyson, agent for D. Hestnes to change <br /> the zoning from A-1 to A-B Agri-Business for an ag research <br /> and development center at 1135 Hwy. BB was approved on the <br /> condition that the center met all the requirements as might <br /> be outlined by the DNR.
