's, intended <br /> uses for the Agri-Business Zoning A - B at the 8 acre site in Section 17, <br /> Town of Deerfield. <br /> A. We may wish to use this facility for all of the requested usages that <br /> we have originally sought. Manufacture, Separation, Grinding and <br /> Mixing of High Fiber Flour. However, due to the delay we have re- <br /> ceived from the County Board, after prior approval by both the <br /> Townships on a 5 to 3 favorable vote, and the unanimous approval of <br /> the County Ag Zoning Board, we have now lost our financing for a <br /> Wisconsin production facility. <br /> B. Due to this unfortunate circumstance, we are now proceeding to Cedar <br /> Rapids, Iowa, for our production facility, where financing or siting <br /> are not problems. <br /> C. We do, however, due to the considerable amount of time and money expended <br /> on this site, wish to continue the Zoning and may use this site for a <br /> shipping and blending site. It would also be used for a R & D Biotech- <br /> nology Research project. <br /> We wish for a clarification by the full board as to our rights to use this <br /> zoning for these purposes in the event that we never use it to produce the <br /> full process. <br />
