ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3968 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the A-B <br /> Agri-Business District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3968: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Deerfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner quarter of SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of <br /> Section 17 thence; East 330 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 200 <br /> feet, thence East 350 feet; thence North 588 feet; thence West 350 feet; <br /> thence South 388 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within a 2 year time period of its <br /> adoption by the County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land <br /> shall record the following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as <br /> well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Use of the property shall be restricted to a research and <br /> development facility for biotechnology and production of <br /> hi-fiber dietary food flour. <br /> ALSO, this petition will not be effective unless construction on the project <br /> has commenced within two years of the date of County Board approval and the <br /> first on-site inspection for building location has been made. <br />
