ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3979 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the A-2 Agriculture Residence District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3979 <br /> Part of the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 5, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Lot 2, Certified Survey Map No. 3910 found in Volume 16, Page 139 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps, Register of Deeds Office. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner of owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> a) . Maximum height of accessory buildings may not exceed 17 feet at the <br /> highest point. <br /> b) . Maximum square footage of accessory buildings may not exceed 1232 <br /> square feet. <br /> c) . Use of the property shall be restricted to those uses permitted in <br /> the R-1 District. <br /> d) . A residence shall be constructed on the property within 2 years from <br /> the date of approval of rezone. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
