- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 5, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Lot 2, Certified Survey Map No. 3910 found in Volume 16, Page 139 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps, Register of Deeds Office. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> a) . Maximum height of accessory buildings may not exceed 17 feet at the <br /> highest point. <br /> b) . Maximum square footage of accessory buildings may not exceed 1232. <br /> square feet. <br /> c) . Use of the property shall be restricted to those uses permitted in <br /> the R-1 District. <br /> d) . A residence shall be constructed on the property within 2 years from <br /> the date of approval of rezone. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> - 1 - <br />
