- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 34, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 34; thence North 200 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence continue North 200 feet; thence West 325 <br /> feet; thence South 200 feet; thence East 325 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> a) . Only the existing buildings or replacement buildings of a similar <br /> size be allowed on the property rezoned. <br /> b) . All equipment located on the property must be able to be housed <br /> within the existing or replacement buildings (although there be no <br /> requirement that all equipment be housed at all times) . <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> - 1 - <br />
