One item on the adjenda for that <br /> meeting was the request for rezoning (petition 3981) by Jerry Marx for <br /> land located in section 34 of the Town of Vienna. <br /> After receiving a recommendation from the Town Plan Committee, and <br /> meeting with Mr. Tom Smily from Regional Plannjing the Board voted to <br /> recommend the zoning change be allowed with the following conditions: <br /> 1) Only the existing buildings or replacement buildings of a similar <br /> size be allowed on the property rezoned. <br /> 2) all equipment located on the property must be able to be housed <br /> within the existing or replacement buildings (although there be no <br /> requirement that all equipment be housed at all times) <br /> 3) the zoning will revert back to A-1 zoning if the use is discontinued <br /> or changed from any use other than allowed under the LC-1 zoning <br /> The Town Board of the Town of Vienna asks that you allow this zoning change <br /> with the conditions stated above.
