PETITION N0.s 1�?./ PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF SPRINGFIELD TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies b Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board • of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 6 , Town of Springfield , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 (Ex) Agriculture District to the RH-1, RH-2 and RH-3 • District. Part of the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 6, Town of Springfield described as follows: RH-1 - Commencing at the Southwest corner said Section 6; thence East 255 feet along said South line Section 6 to the point of beginning; thence N10°33'E, 470 feet, more or less; the S79°38'E, 370 feet, more or less; thence Southwesterly to South line said Section 6 that is 550 feet East of the Southwest corner said Section 6; thence West along said South line 295 feet, more or less to point of beginning. RH-2 - Commencing at the Southwest corner Section 6; thence East along said South line Section 6, 1252 feet, more or less to point of beginning; thence N01°21'E, 787 feet, more or less; thence N89°57'W, 540 feet, more or less; thence Southwesterly 850 feet, more or less to a point that is 696.5 feet West of point of beginning; thence East 696.5 feet to point of beginning. RH-3 - Commencing at Northeast corner of the SW1/4 SW1/4 said Section 6, being the point of beginning; thence N89°57'W, 750 feet; thence S10°33'W, 554 feet, more or less; thence S89°57'E, 850 feet, more or less; thence N01°21'E, 550 feet, more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be re-zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
