ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3985 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MONTROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3985: <br /> Part of the NE1/4 NE1/4, Section 3, Town of Montrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 3, thence South 590.8 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence continue South 204.0 feet; thence N87°21'W, <br /> 1046.7 feet; thence N11°49'W, 210.46 feet; thence S87°21'E, 1089.84 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 3; thence South 590.8 feet; <br /> thence N87°21'W, 1089.84 feet; thence N11°49'W, 568.59 feet; thence S89°03'E, <br /> 1205.2 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be re-zoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
