MEMORANDUM
To: Mr. William Fleck, Zoning Administrator
From: Margaret L. Jones , Petitioner
Re: Telephone conversation on July 6, 1987 with regard to rezoning
of land under consideration in Petition #3985 and your Memo dated
June 30, 1987
For the record, our agreement reached in this conversation regarding
rezoning of the two parcels is as follows :
Since there is uncertainty that the final sale may be
completed this Fall, any rezoning action on both parcels , one
of five acres and the other fifteen acres more or less, will be
delayed. This means that both parcels will remain in their present
zoning classification for the time being.
If the potential buyer is still interested and wishes to
purchase the five acre parcel, the contract can include a provision
that the Seller could proceed with satisfying the contingency
of rezoning before final closing of the sale.
Dated: July 6, 1987
r • ot-
Margaret .
