• <br /> PETITION NO. 39 "T <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> SP.BTNGFTFT,il <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section al., Town of Sppringfield , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-l(ex) Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1A Residence & A-2 Agriculture District. <br /> Pet. #3977: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: TO R-1A: All that part of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 lying South of <br /> Kick-A-Boo Road and West and North of Hickory Run Road. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
