• <br /> PETITION NO. 4Y/D Y <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> WESTPORT <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 12 , Town of Westport , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential & RH-2 Rural HomeDistrict. <br /> Pet. #4004 <br /> TO: R-1 Residence <br /> Part of the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 12, Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 12; thence South 390 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence continue South 275 feet to the right-of-way <br /> of Kirkwood Drive; thence East 400 feet; thence North 275 feet; thence West <br /> 400 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that described the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> TO: RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> Beginning at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 12; thence South 390 feet; <br /> tnence East 400 feet; thence South 275 feet; thence East 133 feet to the <br /> centerline of River Road; thence Northeasterly along said centerline 850 feet <br /> to the North line of said NW1/4 NE1/4; thence West along said North line 1000 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
