As stated to you in our phone conversation, I am very concerned that lack of necessary <br /> information for the renewal of the expired conditional use permits may have dire consequences on your mineral <br /> extraction operation in the near future. Please have Belkin Engineering submit the following information to the Town <br /> of Burke and Dane County Zoning by December 15th: The information shall show a clear,concise picture of the <br /> operation, and describe the operation in detail. <br /> • A scaled map showing the entire extent of the mineral extraction operation including current property <br /> boundaries. The boundaries of the site shall be described in a metes and bounds description. <br /> • A map showing the neighboring area of the mineral extraction site surrounding land uses <br /> • A scaled map showing the operations of the mineral extraction site. Identify the buildings, scales, haul routes, <br /> parking areas, gates,fencing, berms,stock piles, bulk fuel storage, concrete/asphalt recycling areas, highwalls, <br /> future excavation areas,stockpiling of topsoil for reclamation, direction that extraction is moving. <br /> • A copy of the reclamation plan for the area noting lowest elevation, location of highwalls and treatment of <br /> highwalls, and future use of the land. <br /> • A revised narrative that provides an accurate description of the conditional use permit area. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> Roger Lane <br /> Dane County Zoning Administrator <br /> 1 <br />
